Well it sure came fast! It is the annual Oliver 1/2 Ironman this Sunday June 6th in Oliver. This is a fantastice event organized by our friends at Outback Events. If you are competing in this year's event, best of luck to you out there on the course. If you aren't competing, this is a great event to come out and cheer on the athletes. Oliver is a beautiful setting for a spectator and we hear there are a few wineries around there...

Be sure to stop by our tent to check out the latest and greatest in triathlon gear for 2010. We'll have wetsuits, clothing, Oakley sunglasses, a few bikes and more! We'll also be our on the run course supporting the athletes.

Combining education sessions on Tuesday evenings, with training sessions based around technique improvement and transition practice, Chris will guide you through all of the intricacies surrounding the sport. Participants of all levels will benefit, from the fresh newbie to the seasoned athlete – in order to meet all training goals of the group. The main benefit of the clinic is being surrounded by like minded people who are all supporting each other towards improving each discipline. Starting Tuesday, June 22nd at the Fresh Air Concept store – 555 Groves Ave, Kelowna. Times are: Tuesday evenings – 6pm start, Saturday mornings – 8am.
